The total amount of the reservation will be charged to the credit card provided within 7 days of booking, in the selected number of installments. If the card is not approved, our team may contact you requesting new information. For payment via PIX, please contact the Reservations Center at 0800 703 1866 or by email at [email protected], informing us of your reservation code. The cardholder must be one of the guests and must present the card used and an official photo ID at check-in for payment validation. If validation is not possible, it will be necessary to use another payment method, with a refund of the amount charged online according to the operator's deadlines. Before completing the reservation, please check the guest information, payment details, and the registered email address.

Cancellation Policies

The total cost of accommodation is non-refundable in case of change, cancellation or no-show.
