To guarantee a reservation, advance payment for the total amount of daily rates and fees must be made up to 60 days before check-in. For the payment option via Pix (key 81071623000661), proof of payment must be sent to [email protected] at the time of transfer so that it can be posted to the reservation.

On other dates:

To guarantee a reservation or for non-refundable rates a credit card number must be provided.

Cancellation Policies

Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 60 days before check-in. After this period, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

On other dates:

The total cost of accommodation is non-refundable in case of change, cancellation or no-show.
