The total reservation amount will be charged to the credit card provided 60 days prior to check-in, in the selected number of installments. For payment via Pix (key 81071623000661), proof of payment must be sent to [email protected] at the time of transfer so that the reservation can be processed. The cardholder must be one of the guests and present the card used and an official photo ID at check-in for payment validation. If validation is not possible, another payment method will be necessary, with a refund of the charged amount online according to the operator's deadlines. Before completing the reservation, please check the guest details, payment information, and the registered email address.

Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 60 days before check-in. After this period, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 30 days before check-in. After this period, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

On other dates:

Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 1 day (24 hours) before check-in. After this period, a daily rate plus fees will be charged.
