The total amount of the reservation will be charged to the credit card provided 15 days before check-in in the number of installments selected. If the card is not approved, our team may contact you to request new information. To pay via PIX, contact our Reservations Center at 0800 703 1866 or email [email protected] and provide your reservation code.

On other dates:

To guarantee a reservation or for non-refundable rates a credit card number must be provided.

Cancellation Policies

The total cost of accommodation is non-refundable in case of change, cancellation or no-show.

On other dates:

Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 1 day (24 hours) before check-in. After this period, a daily rate plus fees will be charged.
