Cancellation Policies

Cancellation of reservations during low season periods is allowed up to 72 hours before check-in free of charge. After this period, 100% of the first night will be charged. Ref. For reservations made at the show, 100% of the first night's price will also be charged. During high season and holidays, cancellation is allowed up to 15 days before the check-in date.
