- Upon check-in, credit card details will be charged to guarantee expenses related to various extras;
- Check-in time: 3 pm / Check-out time: 12 noon;
- Parking – Rotating and free, subject to availability;
- Pets are not allowed in the hotel.

I am aware that early departure, without the Hotel's fault, does not generate the right to refund amounts, as the maximum period for cancellation is 7 (seven days) from the purchase of the service, as provided for in art. 49 of the Consumer Protection Code. In this sense, under no circumstances will there be a refund of prepaid amounts, given that early departure will result in the imposition of a fine. The collection of this fine is supported by art. 20 of Decree 7,381/2010.
