Periods with this policy do not allow cancellation without penalty. In case of cancellation or no-show will be charged 100% of the reservation.

General Policy

I declare that I have read and accept the conditions stated at the time of booking.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:
- Breakfast: included (served as a buffet in the hotel restaurant from 6:30 am to 10:00 am);
- Rates are in reais, subject to adjustment without prior notice, and confirmed reservations are honored;
- On holidays, the hotel establishes a minimum number of nights, information available upon request;
- Maximum accommodation in the apartment for 4 people (adults and children);
- SERHS Inclusive, the hotel's own food system (different from All Inclusive), with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, snacks, snacks and meals according to the menu at each hotel point of sale for those who purchase this pension.
- Upon check-in, credit card details will be charged to guarantee expenses related to various extras;
- Check-in time: 3 pm / Check-out time: 12 noon;
- Parking – Rotating and free, subject to availability;
- Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
- We do not accept third party cards.

Law 8069/90 Art. 82, “Accommodation of children or adolescents in a hotel, motel, boarding house or similar establishment is prohibited, unless authorized or accompanied by their parents or guardian.”

I am aware that early departure, without the Hotel's fault, does not generate the right to refund amounts, as the maximum period for cancellation is 7 (seven days) from the purchase of the service, as provided for in art. 49 of the Consumer Protection Code. In this sense, under no circumstances will there be a refund of prepaid amounts, given that early departure will result in the imposition of a fine.
