- Credit card details will be requested at check-in to guarantee expenses related to various extras;

- Pets are not allowed in the hotel.

I understand that early departure, without fault of the Hotel, does not entitle me to a refund, since the maximum cancellation period is 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase, as provided for in Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code (Only for reservations made on the hotel's website). Therefore, under no circumstances will there be a refund of prepaid amounts, given that early departure incurs a penalty. The collection of this penalty is supported by Article 20 of Decree 7.381/2010.
