Pagamento faturado para operadoras com cadastro aprovado no hotel.
Tarifas NET, confidencial, com garantia de no-show.
Operadoras sem cadastro aprovado deverão efetuar o pré-pagamento das reservas.

Cancellation Policies

Periods with this policy do not allow cancellation without penalty. In case of cancellation or no-show will be charged 100% of the reservation.

- If you cancel your reservation up to 3 days before your arrival date, the hotel will NOT charge any charges.
- If you cancel your reservation after the deadline (2 days before check-in or on the same day as check-in), the hotel will charge 100% of the first night.
- If you cancel your reservation during the period of stay, the hotel will charge 100% of the total reservation value, no refund will be given.
- If you do not show up, the hotel will charge the amount corresponding to your entire stay.
