Payment invoiced for operators with approved registration at the hotel. NET rates, confidential, with no-show guarantee. Operators without approved registration must pre-pay for reservations.

Periods with this policy do not allow cancellation without penalty. In case of cancellation or no-show will be charged 100% of the reservation.

For period considered high season, the cancellation period without penalty is 15 days before the check-in.

On other dates:

- If you cancel your reservation up to 7 days before your arrival date, the hotel will NOT charge you any fees.
- If you cancel your reservation outside the deadline (7 days before check-in or on the same day of check-in), the hotel will charge you 100% of the first night.
- If you cancel your reservation during your stay, the hotel will charge you 100% of the total amount of the reservation, no refund will be made.
- If you do not show up, the hotel will charge you the amount corresponding to your entire stay.
