This policy requires prepayment. - Parcelamos up to 12 times in the Mastercard / Visa cards and up to 3 times in the Amex / Dinnes / Elo and Hiper cards issued in Brazil. - We only accept credit cards from the holders of the reservation, we do not accept third party cards.

On other dates:

Reservations during these periods require advance payment.
- We do not accept third-party cards to guarantee or pay for reservations;

Cancellation Policies

2/13/2026 - 2/17/2026

Periods with this policy do not allow cancellation without penalty. In case of cancellation or no-show will be charged 100% of the reservation.

On other dates:

No cancellation allowed.
You can change your reservation once 15 days before check-in.
