- A charge of 50% of the reservation will be made at any time to the credit card provided as a reservation guarantee.

- In case of early departure at the guest's request, the full amount of the reservation will be charged, according to the originally reserved period.

- IMPORTANT: Please note that it is mandatory to present at check-in a photo ID and the credit card used for the reservation (physical or virtual), which must be in the name of one of the guests. Third-party credit cards will not be accepted.

- If the reservation card is not presented, a new payment will be required at check-in, and the amount paid online will be refunded according to the deadlines of the credit card company.

On other dates:

Operators, Companies and Agencies, as long as you have approved registration, it will be with the billing system 15 days after check out or payment by credit card of the total amount released at check in, except for New Year's Eve and Carnival Packages. Furthermore, to make the reservation, we require a valid credit card number as a guarantee.
The cardholder must be present at check-in.
A charge of one (1) night's stay will be made 2 days prior to check-in to the credit card provided.
New Year's Eve or Carnival: All customers, even with approved credit, must make prepayment within the cancellation period.
No Show: Charge for the first night, except for New Year's Eve and Carnival Packages, which will be charged 100% of the amount.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR NEW YEAR'S EVE AND CARNIVAL

- Changes or cancellations are permitted free of charge up to 60 days before check-in; after this period, 50% of the reservation fee will be charged as a penalty.

- In case of no-show, a penalty equal to the total reservation amount will be charged.

- If early departure is requested by the guest, the full reservation amount will be charged, according to the originally reserved period.

On other dates:

Too many periods. Holidays that fall on Wednesdays, Saturdays or Sundays.
