We accept payment by credit, debit card or cash. We authorize payment in up to 3 installments (minimum installment of R$250.00) by credit card. For customers with approved registration, we authorize billing. If the customer does not have an approved registration, they must prepay the reservation and can later request a credit analysis for future billings.

For customers with an approved registration and without recent production, the hotel reserves the right to carry out a new registration update with credit analysis for installment billing, as well as reserves the right to request prepayment/reservation guarantee upon check in. , whether for the company or for the guest. The same applies to weekends and/or holidays.

Cancellation must be made up to 24 hours in advance of check-in. To guarantee a no-show, credit card details with an expiration date and security code are required. Reservations without guarantees will only be kept until 6pm: 00 on the date of arrival at the hotel. If canceled after 24 hours in advance, a fine will be charged in the amount of the first night's stay.

Policies for hosting minors:
Children up to 7 years old are free, occupying the existing bed in the apartment, as long as they are accompanied by 2 paying adults. If you are accompanied by only 1 adult, you will be charged as an adult. Children over 7 years old are charged as adults.
Every minor must present the document if staying with their parents or legal guardians. If the minor is staying with a third party, they must present, in addition to the document, an authorization for accommodation signed by their parents or guardians and notarized.

Pet Friendly hosting policy:
Only 1 small animal (up to 10 kg) can stay, with an updated vaccination card presented at reception at check-in. It is the owners' responsibility to bring the utensils and containers used by the animal. Any damage caused and cleaning up the animal's waste will be the responsibility of the owners. It is not allowed to leave the animal alone in the apartment. Animals are not permitted to circulate through the hotel's social spaces. To circulate in elevators, animals must be on your lap or in their own bags.

Companion Policies:
If accommodation has been made for only one person, the companion will be charged separately, in the amount of R$ 60.00 + 15% fees per night.

Parking:
Charged separately for vacancies based on availability.
The daily parking fee is R$30.00 + 15% fees.
