Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
We accept payment by credit, debit card or cash. We authorize payment in up to 3 installments (minimum installment of R$250.00) by credit card. For customers with approved registration, we authorize billing. If the customer does not have an approved registration, they must prepay the reservation and can later request a credit analysis for future billings.
For customers with an approved registration and without recent production, the hotel reserves the right to carry out a new registration update with credit analysis for installment billing, as well as reserves the right to request prepayment/reservation guarantee upon check-in. , whether for the company or for the guest. The same applies to weekends and/or holidays.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellation is not permitted. The total amount of the reservation will be charged at the time of booking and no changes or cancellations will be accepted.
