Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
We accept payment by credit, debit card or cash. We authorize payment in up to 3 installments (minimum installment of R$250.00) by credit card. For customers with approved registration, we authorize billing. If the customer does not have an approved registration, they must prepay the reservation and can later request a credit analysis for future billings.
For customers with an approved registration and without recent production, the hotel reserves the right to carry out a new registration update with credit analysis for installment billing, as well as reserves the right to request prepayment/reservation guarantee at the time of checkinn, whether for the company or for the guest. The same applies to weekends and/or holidays.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellations, changes and no-shows:
- reservations without guarantee will be active until 6pm on the day of arrival and will be canceled without prior notice after this time;
- guaranteed reservations will be active until 12pm on the day after arrival;
- non-refundable reservations must have a guarantee and will be charged for the entire period reserved at the time of booking. Changes or cancellations to non-refundable reservations will not be permitted.
