NON-REFUNDABLE RESERVATIONS: No refunds will be given under any circumstances, nor will the reservation amount be credited. As this is a promotional rate with specific rules, the full amount of the reservation will be charged by the hotel. The charge may be made at any time after the reservation date. Date changes are also not permitted.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in from 3:00 PM and check-out by 12:00 PM.
EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT: Early check-in from 10:00 AM and late check-out until 6:00 PM. An additional 50% of the daily rate will be charged, and breakfast is not included. Early check-in before 10:00 AM or late check-out after 6:00 PM will be charged an additional 100% of the daily rate, meaning the full daily rate will be charged.
PAYMENT METHODS AND INSTALLMENTS: Cash, bank transfer or Pix (subject to proof of payment and verification with the financial department), debit cards, credit cards, VISA and MASTERCARD credit cards in up to 6 installments with a minimum installment of R$150.00. To pay with a third-party credit card, a credit authorization form must be completed.
COMPLIMENTARY CHILD POLICY: Per apartment, one child up to 11 years old is free, and may be accommodated in an extra bed in the same room as their parents (subject to availability). Children 12 years old and older and a second child, regardless of age, will be considered full-paying children.
CANCELLATIONS AND RESERVATION CHANGES: The policy for cancellations, date changes, early departures, and other reservation modifications depends on the rate type purchased, and penalties may or may not apply in certain situations.
- REFUNDSABLE RESERVATIONS: Cancellations and changes to reservations up to 72 hours before check-in are exempt from any charges. Cancellations and changes made after this period will incur a penalty of one daily rate, and the remaining daily rate will not be charged. The amount charged will not be credited. Rescheduling is possible within 72 hours of check-in, otherwise the aforementioned penalty will be charged. The guest is also subject to daily rate fluctuations, and the same rate is not guaranteed for other periods.
- NON-REFUNDABLE RATE RESERVATIONS: No refunds will be made under any circumstances, nor will the reservation amount be credited. Because this is a promotional rate with specific rules, the hotel will charge the full amount of the reservation. The charge may be made at any time from the date of booking. Rescheduling is also not permitted.
NO SHOW CHARGES: In the event of a "no show" (that is, a cancellation without prior written notice of the scheduled arrival date), it will be considered a "no show." The reservation will remain available for 24 hours from the time of check-in. After this period, the reservation will be canceled and the full amount will be charged, regardless of the rate type (refundable or non-refundable).
DAY USE: DAY USE reservations with check-in starting at 11:00 AM and check-out by 7:00 PM on the same day cost one night at the refundable rate for that day, minus 25%. Check-in and check-out times are non-negotiable, and check-ins or departures outside of these times will be considered a regular reservation and charged the full daily rate for that day.
USE AND AVAILABILITY OF CREDITS: Amounts left as credits may be used within 12 months from the date of availability and only in the same unit to which the amount was credited. The credit is valid in Brazilian Reais (R$) and is subject to the daily rate for new reservations.

- By determination of Federal Law No. 8,069 of July 13, 1990, accommodation of minors under 18 (eighteen) years of age will not be permitted, unless accompanied by their parents or guardian. If the minor is accompanied only by his/her guardian, the guardian will be required to present, at the time of check-in, a document authorizing the minor's accommodation made in writing and signed by the parents, with notarized signatures.
