RESERVATIONS WITH NON-REFUNDABLE RATE: There will be no refund of amounts under any circumstances and no granting of the reservation value in credit. As this is a promotional rate with specific rules, the full amount of the reservation will be charged by the hotel. The charge may be made at any time from the date of reservation. Date rescheduling is also not permitted.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in from 2pm and check-out until 12pm. EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT: Early check-in from 10am and late check-out until 6pm. An additional 50% of the daily rate will be charged and does not include breakfast. Early check-in before 10:00 am or late check-out after 6:00 pm will be charged an additional 100% of the daily rate, that is, they pay the value of a full night's stay. METHODS OF PAYMENT AND INSTALLMENTS: Cash, bank transfer or pix (subject to proof and verification of payment with the financial sector), debit cards, cash credit cards, VISA and MASTERCARD credit cards in installments up to 6x with minimum installment of R$ 100.00. To pay with a third-party credit card, a credit authorization form must be completed. COMPLIMENTARY CHILD POLICY: Per apartment, 01 child up to 06 years old will be free and can be accommodated in an extra bed in the same apartment as their parents (subject to availability). Children over 6 years of age and a second child, regardless of age, will be considered regular payers. CANCELLATIONS AND RESERVATION CHANGES: The cancellation policy, date changes, early departure and other reservation modifications will depend on the type of rate purchased, and fines may or may not be charged in certain situations. - RESERVATIONS WITH REFUNDABLE RATE: Cancellations and changes to reservations up to 24 hours before check-in are exempt from any charges. Cancellations and changes after this period, as a fine, will be charged 01 night and the remaining amount of the night will not be charged. The amount charged will not be credited. Dates can be rescheduled if the 24-hour check-in period is respected, otherwise the aforementioned fine will be charged. The customer is also subject to daily rate fluctuations, and the same rate is not guaranteed for other periods. - RESERVATIONS WITH NON-REFUNDABLE RATE: There will be no refund of amounts under any circumstances and no granting of the reservation value in credit. NO SHOW CHARGES: In the case of a “no show”, that is, cancellation without prior written cancellation of the scheduled arrival date, it will be considered a “no show” (withdrawal without cancellation). The reservation will remain available for 24 hours, starting from the entry time. After this period, the reservation will be canceled and the full amount of the reservation will be charged, regardless of the type of rate (refundable or non-refundable). DAY USE: DAY USE reservations are configured with arrival from 11:00 am and departure until 7:00 pm on the same day with the cost of 01 night with the price of the day's refundable rate discounting 25% of the value. The arrival and departure time is not negotiable and departures or arrivals outside the scheduled time will be considered a normal reservation and will be charged the full daily rate for the day. USE AND AVAILABILITY OF CREDITS: Amounts left as credit may be used within 12 months from the date of availability and only in the same unit in which the amount was credited. The credit is valid in reais (R$) and for new reservations it is subject to the daily rate of the day. - As determined by Federal Law No. 8,069 of 07/13/1990, guests under the age of 18 (eighteen) will not be allowed to stay, unless accompanied by their parents or guardian. If the minor is accompanied only by his or her guardian, the guardian will be required to present, at the time of check-in, a document authorizing the minor's accommodation made in writing and signed by the parents, with notarized signatures.
