Cash, bank transfer or pix (subject to proof and verification of payment with the financial sector), debit cards, cash credit cards, VISA and MASTERCARD credit cards in installments of up to 6 installments with a minimum installment of R$ 100.00 . To pay with a third-party credit card, a credit authorization form must be completed.

Cancellation Policies

Reservations canceled up to 48 hours before check-in will be refunded 90% (ninety percent) of the amount paid, via bank deposit in the customer's account after the amount has been cleared in the hotel's account - 30 (thirty) days. -Reservations canceled after 48 hours before check-in, the full charge of the first night will be made and the other nights will be returned or remain as a credit to be used in a future reservation, upon consultation of date availability, respecting policy tariff for the new requested period. -In case of early departure or changes, the remaining amount is credited, to be used in a future reservation, upon consultation of date availability, respecting the tariff policy for the new requested period. No-Show Charge If the guest does not show up at the hotel during the booked period, without prior cancellation according to the above terms, the full amount of the daily rate will be charged without refund to the customer. Non-refundable cancellation policy: -Cancellation or alteration is not allowed, in case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged, without refund to the customer.
