Cancellation Policies
Cancellation policy refundable: -Reservations canceled up to 48 hours prior to check-in, 90% (ninety percent) of the amount paid will be refunded via bank deposit in the client's account after clearing the amount in the hotel account - 30 (thirty days. -Reservations canceled after the deadline of 48 hours before check-in, will be made the full collection of the first night and the other daily stays are as a credit to be used in a future reservation, by consulting date availability, respecting tariff policy for the requested period. -In case of early departure or changes, the remaining value is as credit, to be used in a future reservation, by consulting date availability, respecting tariff policy for the new period requested. No-Show Charge - If the guest does not show up at the hotel during the booked period, without the previous cancellation according to the above deadlines, they will be charged in full the value of the daily rates without return to the customer. Policies non-refundable policy: No cancellation or change is allowed, in case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged, without return to the client.
