Deposit / Guarantee Policies

• A valid credit card must be provided at the time of booking, which will be used to pay the total amount of the reservation.

• In case of refusal or inability to process the payment, the reservation may be automatically canceled.

• Full payment for the accommodation will be made at the time of booking confirmation or at any time before check-in by the hotel.

• This rate is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, date changes, early departure, or no-show, there will be no refund, credit, or deduction of the amounts paid.

• If payment is made with a third-party credit card, it will be necessary to complete and send the debit authorization signed by the cardholder. The absence of this authorization may result in the cancellation of the reservation.

• By making the reservation, the guest declares to be aware of and in agreement with the conditions of this rate and its payment and cancellation policy.

• Registering the credit card at the time of booking does not replace presenting the payment guarantee at check-in.

• Installment payments are available, provided the minimum installment amount is respected, exclusively for Visa, Mastercard, and Elo branded cards.

Cancellation Policies

RESERVATIONS WITH NON-REFUNDABLE RATE: There will be no refund of amounts under any circumstances and no granting of the reservation value in credit. As this is a promotional rate with specific rules, the full amount of the reservation will be charged by the hotel. The charge may be made at any time from the date of booking. Date rescheduling is also not permitted.
