Deposit / Guarantee Policies

• A valid credit card must be provided at the time of booking, which will only be used as a guarantee.
• The credit card provided can be a virtual card as long as it does not have a 24-hour validity period.

• Full payment for the accommodation must be made at check-in. No advance charges will be made to the card provided as a guarantee.

• The guarantee card will only be used for billing in case of no-show, i.e., when the guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date and does not cancel within the period established by the reservation policy.

• If payment is made with a third-party credit card, it will be necessary to complete and send the debit authorization signed by the cardholder. The absence of this authorization may result in the cancellation of the reservation.

• Registering the credit card at the time of booking does not replace presenting the payment guarantee at check-in.

• Installment payments are available, provided the minimum value per installment is respected, exclusively for Visa, Mastercard, and Elo cards.

Cancellation Policies

REFUNDABLE RATE RESERVATIONS: Cancellations and changes to reservations made up to 24 hours before check-in are free of charge. Cancellations and changes made after this period will incur a penalty equivalent to one night's stay, and the remaining balance will not be charged. The charged amount will not be credited. Date changes are possible, provided the 24-hour check-in period is respected; otherwise, the aforementioned penalty will be charged. The client is also subject to fluctuating daily rates, and the same rate is not guaranteed for other periods.
