Deposit / Guarantee Policies
Payment for accommodation must be made in full at check-in. We accept all major credit cards and cash. We do not accept checks. We accept payment in up to 3 interest-free installments for amounts over R$2,000.00 on your card.
The credit card provided on the website is only to guarantee the reservation and will only be used in the event of a no-show or change/cancellation outside the specified deadline.
If the guest(s) does not show up on the scheduled check-in date, the reservation will be considered a "no-show" and we will charge the full amount of the reservation. The guest will still have until 12:00 pm on the day following the check-in date to notify the hotel of their intention to continue the reservation in cases of stays with more than 1 (one) night contracted. If there is no formal communication within this deadline to maintain the reservation, the hotel reserves the right to terminate and consolidate the no-show of the accommodation.
Given that the hotel grants the contracting party full autonomy and free choice to define the systemic parameters of the stay, we will not assume any losses arising from the contract made (i.e. repeated reservation, date of stay, room category, number of guests or other information that is the sole responsibility of the client).
**ATTENTION**
In cases where the payment authenticator indicates that the credit card provided as a guarantee is invalid and/or the holder representing the reservation is different from the cardholder, the reservation will be automatically subject to cancellation without penalties to the establishment.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellation/Change Policy Reservations may be canceled/changed at no additional cost up to 24 hours before check-in begins (2:00 PM), as long as the request is expressly formalized via email reservas.barueri@lumminahotel. com.br . After this period, we will charge the amount equivalent to 01 (one) night per blocked apartment, and this amount cannot be reversed into credit for future accommodations. This rule does not apply to group bookings, non-refundable bookings or long-stay rates. For reservations booked through a third-party website, consult the partner's policy. Early Departure Policy There will be no refund of amounts paid if the guest refuses to continue the flow of services, at any stage or stage after the start of the stay. The customer's refusal to stay upon arrival or after entering the Hotel, as well as early departure for any reason, will not entitle him to any type of refund, reimbursement or credit for new nights, resulting in the total loss of the amount paid. We are not responsible for sales on third-party websites. Requests for changes and modifications to reservations must be requested directly through the sales channel used.
