Deposit / Guarantee Policies
Payment for accommodation must be made in full at check-in. We accept all major credit cards and cash. We do not accept checks. We accept payment in up to 3 interest-free installments for amounts over R$2,000.00 on your card.
The credit card provided on the website is only to guarantee the reservation and will only be used in the event of a no-show or change/cancellation outside the specified deadline.
Since the hotel grants the booking client full autonomy and free choice to define the system parameters of the stay, we will not assume any losses arising from the contract made (i.e. repeated booking, date of stay, room category, number of guests or other information that is the sole responsibility of the client).
**ATTENTION**
In cases where the payment authenticator indicates that the credit card provided as a guarantee is invalid and/or the name of the person representing the booking is different from the cardholder, the booking will be automatically subject to cancellation without any penalties to the establishment.
Cancellation Policies
Reservations can be changed/cancelled at no additional cost up to 24 hours before check-in. After this period, we will charge the amount equivalent to 01 (one) night per locked apartment, and this amount cannot be reversed into credit for future accommodations. For guaranteed reservations, the guest's failure to show up on the day of booking will result in payment of the stipulated fine in the amount of 01 (one) daily rate per apartment reserved. We are not responsible for sales on third-party websites. Requests for changes and modifications to reservations must be requested directly through the sales channel used.
