All reservations must have a no-show guarantee.
For operators without approved registration, they must pre-pay reservations with a credit card.

Cancellations/Changes of reservations:
Cancellation deadline in high season 15 days before check-in.

High season: Free cancellation up to 15 days before check-in. In case of cancellation after the deadline or no-show on the day of check-in, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.
Daily rates may be charged at any time after making the reservation using the card provided.
Special periods: Christmas, New Year's Eve, Carnival, Holy Week and national holidays, the total amount of the reservation will be charged upon confirmation of the reservation. There will be no refund in case of cancellation or no-show on the day of check-in.
In case of early departure, the full daily rate will be charged and there will be no refund.

On other dates:

Low season: Free cancellation up to 7 days before check in. In case of cancellation after the deadline or no-show on the day of check-in, the amount corresponding to one night will be charged. The 1st night may be charged at any time after making the reservation on the card provided, the balance will be charged at check in.
In case of early departure, the full daily rate will be charged and there will be no refund.


High season: Free cancellation up to 15 days before check-in. In case of cancellation after the deadline or no-show on the day of check-in, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged. Daily rates may be charged at any time after making the reservation using the card provided.
