Deposit / Guarantee Policies

A credit card is required to guarantee the reservation and for honeymoon packages and additional extras purchased.

The daily rates may be charged at any time after making the reservation on the indicated card.
The amount of one night will be charged at the time of booking confirmation.
We accept Master, Visa, Hiper and American Express and Dinners cards.
*10x installments for amounts above R$1,800.00.
To pay in installments for amounts lower than R$1,800.00, speak to our Reservations center by phone (84)3646-5000 or by email [email protected]

Special periods: Christmas, New Year's Eve, January, Carnival, Holy Week and National Holidays, the full amount will be charged at the time of booking confirmation.
There will be no refund in case of cancellation or no-show on the day of check-in.

In case of cancellation on any date or at the show, the amount already paid will not be refunded.

Cancellations/Reservation Changes:

High season: Free cancellation up to 15 days before check-in. In the event of cancellation outside the deadline or no-show on the day of check-in, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.

In the event of early departure, the full daily rate will be charged and there will be no refund!

> We do not accept contactless payments.
> We do not accept third-party cards. Only those of the reservation holder or with previously proven family ties.

Special periods: New Year's Eve, Carnival, January, July and national holidays, the total amount of the reservation will be charged at the time of confirmation of the reservation. There will be no refund in the event of cancellation or no-show on the day of check-in.

Important: In the case of children in the reservation (and under 18 years of age), it is essential to present their documents, even if accompanied by their parents.

Cancellations/Changes of reservations:
