Deposit / Guarantee Policies

A percentage of 100% of the total stay amount may be charged at any time after making the reservation.

Cancellation Policies

Policy applicable on dates: 1/1/2025 - 4/30/2025
7/1/2025 - 7/31/2025
12/20/2025 - 12/26/2025

The reservation must be canceled at least 30 days before check-in during high season (January, July and holidays), Carnival, Easter, Christmas and New Year's Eve.
If the reservation is not canceled within the stipulated period, we will be charging a fine for the entire period of accommodation, therefore the credit cannot be used for future reservations (no refund).
100% refund of the amount paid for cancellations up to 7 days after the first payment (Art. 49 - Consumer Protection Code).
No Show: Failure to show up on the day of check-in will result in payment of a fine for the entire period of accommodation, meaning the credit cannot be used for future reservations (no refund).

On other dates:
