Deposit / Guarantee Policies

A percentage of 100% of the total amount of the stay may be charged at any time after making the reservation.

On other dates:

The reservation must be PREPAID up to 01 month before check-in. If the reservation is not paid by this date, it will be automatically canceled.

Cancellation Policies

The reservation must be canceled at least 14 days before check-in in low season.
If the reservation is not canceled within the stipulated period, we will be charging a fine for the entire period of accommodation, therefore the credit cannot be used for future reservations (no refund).
100% refund of the amount paid for cancellations up to 7 days after the first payment (Art. 49 - Consumer Protection Code).
No Show: Failure to show up on the day of check-in will result in payment of a fine for the entire period of accommodation, meaning the credit cannot be used for future reservations (no refund).
