If you change or cancel up to 15 days before check in, no fee will be charged, otherwise the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

Check-in time: 2:00 p.m. Check-out time: 12:00 p.m. When booking our hotel, you will have three options: Breakfast included - Breakfast is served buffet style and is included in the daily rate; Half-board rates (breakfast and dinner) - Breakfast and dinner are served buffet style (drinks not included); desserts are included in the half-board rate; Full-board rates (breakfast, lunch and dinner) - Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in our Aquarium Restaurant (drinks not included); desserts are included in the full-board rate; The hotel collects an optional contribution of R$3.00 (three reais) per room and per night for the Natal Convention & Visitors Bureau. The hotel charges the equivalent of R$3.00 (three reais) per beach towel. Parking - R$12.00 per day/car. The hotel offers free accommodation for two children up to 12 years of age per room, provided they are staying in the same room as a paying adult. The maximum capacity in our rooms is four people, including children. Children under 18 years of age must check in accompanied by their parents or an authorized adult. If the minor is not with their parents, the adult responsible for the minor must present a written authorization, signed by the parents and notarized. Copies of the identity documents of the minor's parents, notarized, must accompany the authorization document. In all cases, the presentation of the minor's identity documents is essential.
