A guarantee is requested to confirm the reservation and can be made via credit card, PIX, deposit or bank transfer. Deposits made by check or ATM will only be considered after clearing.

If you change or cancel up to 15 days before check in, no fee will be charged, otherwise the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
In case of no-show, the hotel will charge the fine by withholding the corresponding penalty amount.

- When making your reservation at our hotel, please be informed that breakfast is included in the daily rate and served buffet style.

- Up to 2 children under 12 years old stay free per apartment, provided they are accompanied by at least 1 paying adult.

- Maximum capacity: 4 people per apartment (including children).

- Smoking is prohibited in the apartments, including electronic cigarettes (R$ 300.00 fine for non-compliance).

- Optional contribution: R$ 4.00 per apartment/night to the Natal Convention & Visitors Bureau.

- We charge a service fee: 10% on extras.

- Parking: R$ 20.00 per car/day.

- We do not accept pets.

- Minors under 18 years of age must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardian. If they are with another adult, parental authorization with notarized signatures will be required, in addition to the minor's identity document (Federal Law No. 8.069/1990).
