Deposit / Guarantee Policies
A guarantee is requested to confirm the reservation and can be made via credit card, PIX, deposit or bank transfer. Deposits made by check or ATM will only be considered after clearing.
Cancellation Policies
If you change or cancel up to 15 days before check in, no fee will be charged, otherwise the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
In case of no-show, the hotel will charge the fine by withholding the corresponding penalty amount.
If you change or cancel up to 2 days before check in, no fee will be charged, otherwise 100% of the first night will be charged.

General Policy
Check-in time: 2pm. Check-out time: 12:00. We raise an optional contribution of R$2.00 (two reais) per apartment and per night for the Natal Convention & Visitors Bureau. We do not accept Pets. The hotel grants free access to two children up to twelve years old per apartment, as long as they are staying in the same apartment as a paying adult. The maximum accommodation in our apartments is four people, including children.
Minors under 18 must check in accompanied by their parents or an authorized adult.
If the minor is not with his parents, the adult responsible for him must present a written authorization, signed by the parents and notarized. Copies of the IDs of the minor's parents, authenticated by a notary, must accompany the aforementioned authorization document.
In any case, the presentation of the minor's identity documentation is essential. This document must include your photo and a description of your affiliation.

The use of cigarettes or other smoking products, including those of electronic origin (DEF), is prohibited inside the apartments, non-compliance with which will result in a contractual fine of R$ 300.00 (three hundred reais), without prejudice to the penalties provided for in current legislation .
