Deposit / Guarantee Policies
A percentage of 100% of the total stay may be charged at any time after booking via credit card, deposit or bank transfer. To do this, ask the reservations department for options:
. Term for payment by credit card as per hotel policy.
. Current account details and send the receipt by the deadline informed by the sector. If the receipt is not received within this period, the reservation will be cancelled. Deposits made by check or ATM will only be considered after clearing.
A guarantee is required to confirm reservations.
. No show guarantee for Companies with released billing.

Cancellation Policies
If you change or cancel up to 15 days before the arrival date, no fee will be charged.
If you change or cancel later or in case of no-show, you will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
In the case of a no-show or cancellation of the reservation, or change of check-in date, outside the deadlines set out in the table below, the hotel will charge the fine by withholding the corresponding penalty amount.

General Policy
Check-in time: 15:00. Check-out time: 12:00. The hotel grants free access to 2 children up to 18 years old per apartment, as long as they are staying in the same apartment as at least one paying adult. The maximum accommodation in our apartments is 4 people, including children. We raise an optional contribution of R$3.00 per apartment and per night for the Natal Convention & Visitors Bureau. We charge a 10% service fee; Parking - R$ 10.00 per day/car. Minors under 18 must check in accompanied by their parents or an authorized adult. If the minor is not with his parents, the adult responsible for him must present a written authorization, signed by the parents and notarized. In any case, the presentation of the minor's identity documentation is essential. This document must include your photo and a description of your affiliation.
