The total amount of the stay can be charged at any time after making the reservation via credit card, deposit or bank transfer.
Cancellation Policies
If you wish to cancel/change or no-show, you will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
In accordance with the right of regret assured by article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code (Law nº 8,078/90), it guarantees the consumer the right to cancel purchases within 7 (seven) days after confirmation, giving up the reservation and receiving full refund of amounts paid.
