Deposit / Guarantee Policies
A percentage of 100% of the total stay may be charged at any time after booking via credit card, deposit or bank transfer. To do this, ask the reservations department for options:
. Term for payment by credit card as per hotel policy.
. Current account details and send the receipt by the deadline informed by the sector. If the receipt is not received within this period, the reservation will be cancelled. Deposits made by check or ATM will only be considered after clearing.
A guarantee is required to confirm reservations.
. No show guarantee for Companies with released billing.
. For Companies without approved billing, payment must be made in advance via credit card, deposit or bank transfer. To do this, ask the reservations department for options:

Cancellation Policies
If you change/cancel up to 7 days before the arrival date, no fee will be charged.
If you change/cancel late or in case of no-show, 50% of the reservation will be charged.
If you change/cancel up to 15 days before the arrival date, no fee will be charged.
If you change/cancel late or in case of no-show, you will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
If you change or cancel up to 2 days before the arrival date, no fee will be charged.
If you change or cancel late or in case of no-show, you will be charged 100% of the first night.
