Deposit / Guarantee Policies

A percentage of 100% of the total amount of the stay can be charged at any time after making the reservation by credit card, deposit or bank transfer. To do this, ask the reservations department as options:
. Term for payment by credit card according to hotel policy.
. Check the current account data and send the receipt by the deadline informed by the sector. If the receipt is not received within this period, the reservation will be canceled. Deposits made by check or cash machine will only be considered after clearing.

If you change or cancel up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If you change or cancel later or in case of no-show, will be charged the total price of the reservation.
In case of no-show or in cases of cancellation of the reservation, or to amend the date of check-in, outside of the time limits laid down in the table below, the hotel will charge the ticket through the retention of the value of the corresponding penalty.

If you change or cancel later or in case of no-show, will be charged the total price of the reservation.
