GARANTIA COM PRÉ-AUTORIZAÇÃO: Válido para períodos de Baixa Temporada (março a novembro/exceto feriados): Para todas as reserva efetuaremos uma PRÉ-AUTORIZAÇÃO para verificar os dados do cartão de crédito inserido e garantir sua reserva. Esta pré-autorização é um bloqueio temporário e não tem valor de venda e não será debitada se sua conta, mas alguns bancos enviam uma mensagem de aviso por SMS comunicando a transação pois é gerado um bloqueio temporário do valor. É necessário que o cartão inserido seja de crédito, esteja válido até o final da hospedagem, possua saldo e esteja autorizado para transações pela internet (e transações internacionais no caso de estrangeiros). A COBRANÇA SERÁ REALIZADA NO CHECK-IN (em dinheiro ou cartão de débito/crédito, com parcelamento das diárias em até 6x no crédito - parcela mínima de R$100,00). Caso não seja possível efetuar a pré-autorização, a reserva ficará garantida para chegada até as 16h do dia do check-in. Após este horário ela será cancelada sem aviso. Caso haja interesse, é possível informar novos dados de cartão para garantir a reserva, mediante envio de um link de autorização específico por e-mail.

Cancellation Policies

Rates subject to adjustment without notice for uncommitted reserves. VALID ONLY FOR RESERVATIONS THROUGH THIS BOOKING ENGINE.

For booking without full payment in advance (except holidays and the summer season):
AT THE TIME OF BOOKING WILL BE PRE-ALLOWED THE CARD TO CHECK THE VALIDITY OF THE DATA.
If you cancel or change up to 7 days prior to arrival no fee will be charged.
If you cancel or change between 7 days until 1 day prior to arrival will be charged a percentage of 100% of the total amount of the reservation.
In case of no-show will be charged a percentage of 100% total amount of the reservation.
The total payment will take place upon arrival at the hotel.
There is no refund if not used the total period reserved.

Demand for prepayment: reservations for holidays, high season, end of Year, December, January and February are confirmed upon full payment in advance.

Installment credit cards at up to 6 times (minimum portion of R $ 100,00)-REQUEST at TIME of BOOKING in the SPECIAL REQUESTS FIELD.

For reservations requiring full payment in advance:
-In case of transfer of period (for use of the maximum period of one year), this must be requested with a minimum of 05 working days in advance (though, the new date to be marked subject to availability-no credit if used in low season and subject to readjustment if necessary). If the guest does not appear on the date reserved, it is considered lost per day for, without right to refund.
-In the case of non-use daily during the period of hosting, there will be no refund or credit of daily.
-Cancellations with at least 15 days prior to arrival: refund of 90% of the amount paid; Cancellations between 07 and 14 days notice: 50% refund of the amount paid; For cancellations requested less than 06 days in advance, there will be no reimbursement.

Agencies and tour operators: The guarantee is required.
