Cancellation is allowed free of charge up to 72 hours before check-in. After this period, the first night's stay will be charged as a no-show fee. To guarantee the reservation, it will be necessary to register valid credit card details.

Cancellation Policies

The deadline for cancellation without penalty is up to 3 days before check-in. If cancellation is requested after this deadline, the hotel may charge 1 night's fee as a late cancellation penalty. In case of no-show, 1 night's fee will be charged as a penalty, except during national holidays or package holidays. During these periods, the full reservation period will be charged.
