Deposit / Guarantee Policies

The daily rates must be prepaid up to 03 days before the check-in date, except for national holiday periods and packages as a guarantee of the reservation. After this deadline and in the absence of a guarantee, the reservation will be automatically canceled and the apartment returned to the hotel for resale

Cancellation Policies

The deadline for cancellation without penalty is up to 03 days before check in. If the cancellation is requested after this deadline, the hotel may charge 01 night as a late cancellation penalty. In case of no-show, 01 night will be charged as a fine, except during a national holiday or package. During these periods, the entire reservation period will be charged.
