Full payment in advance at the time of booking via deposit or bank transfer, PIX or credit card. In case of payment via deposit, bank transfer or PIX, proof of transaction must be sent by email or whatsapp within 72 hours after making the reservation. Cancellation Policies

After confirming the reservation, if there is a cancellation, the guest must notify the Reservation Center up to 7 days before the start of their stay. Therefore, the entire amount paid will be left as a credit to be used in a future accommodation for a maximum period of 1 year after the original date booked. The rebooking is subject to availability of the apartment, and there may be changes in the daily rate according to the rates in force in the new desired period. Withdrawal of the reservation after the deadline set forth above, as well as failure to appear at the place of accommodation on the expected date of arrival, implies automatic cancellation of the reservation without the right to return the amount or reschedule the date. Rebooking is subject to apartment availability, and there may be changes in the daily rate according to the rates in force in the new desired period, deducted from the amount relating to administrative expenses (20%).

Canceling a reservation after the deadline set out above, as well as failing to show up at the accommodation on the scheduled arrival date, implies automatic cancellation of the reservation without the right to refund the amount or reschedule the date.

Early departures will not be entitled to a refund.
