Deposit / Guarantee Policies

The credit card used to make the reservation will only serve to guarantee the reservation. For non-refundable reservations, the total reservation amount will be charged to the card registered at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policies

Reservations with a NON-REFUNDABLE policy can only be cancelled or changed up to 7 days before the scheduled arrival date. Changes to reservations are subject to availability and rate differences. After the 7-day period, daily rates will be charged and will not be refunded in the event of cancellation or no-show.
