WE DO NOT HOST MINORS IF THE DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS ARE NOT MET:
If accompanied by their parents (or one of them), the minor must carry an identity card or an original birth certificate or a certified copy, as long as the parents are also carrying an identification document with a photo;
If the child or teenager is alone or accompanied by third parties, authorization signed by the parents or guardians with a signature duly registered at a notary's office or judicial authorization is required.

Hotel does not accept animals regardless of their size.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellations requested up to 48 hours prior to the check-in date will be subject to a penalty equivalent to one night's stay (the first night of the reservation).

Cancellations requested less than 48 hours prior to the check-in date will be subject to a penalty of 100% of the total reservation value.

Reservation changes may be requested up to 48 (forty-eight) hours prior to check-in, subject to availability, with a maximum of 2 (two) changes per reservation allowed within a period of 6 months from the original check-in date.

Changes will not incur an additional administrative fee; however, if the new date has a higher rate, the difference will need to be paid according to the policies of the new period.

Changes requested less than 48 hours prior to the check-in date will be subject to a penalty of 100% of the total reservation value.

Penalties for cancellations and changes cannot be used as accommodation credits or similar.
