Irrevocable no-show guarantee, cancellations or refunds of the amount paid for accommodation are not possible.
Full payment in advance (up to 6 installments for purchases with a minimum installment of R$250.00).
Extra expenses cannot be paid in installments.
We do not accept installments on international cards.
**Please note that the card used to purchase and confirm the reservation must be presented at check-in, along with the required documentation.
Cancellation Policies
If cancelled or modified the full price of the reservation will be charged.
