Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
Prepayment by credit card, bank deposit or direct at the hotel. Check the direct way with the Hotel. Daily can be split up to 10x without interest in the card. Extra expenses can not be paid in installments. We do not make installments on international cards.
Cancellation Policies
The amount is charged 100% in advance. This reservation is NON-REFUNDABLE and cannot be cancelled.
Changes can be requested up to 30 (thirty) days prior to the check-in date, with a maximum of 2 (two) changes per reservation allowed, subject to availability. The amount paid will remain as credit with the Resort.
NOTE: The credit will be issued by a letter from the Resort and will be valid for up to 1 (one) year from the date of request.
The credit note can be used to offset the cost of a new reservation, according to the current rate and availability of the Resort, provided it is requested 30 days before the check-in date.
**Please note that the card used for the purchase and confirmation of the reservation must be presented at check-in, along with the required documentation.**
