Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
Your reservation must be guaranteed by credit card. The daily rate will be charged at check-in. For reservations with non-refundable cancellations, the full amount will be charged in advance.
At check-in, you must present the same credit card used for the purchase, as well as the cardholder's original photo ID (RG, CTPS, or driver's license).
A security deposit or debit authorization will also be required at check-in to guarantee payment for accommodations or any services consumed on-site. This procedure will be required of the guest even if payment was made by a third party.
For properly registered companies or agencies with approved credit, daily rates may be invoiced. For agencies or companies wishing to invoice daily rates, please contact [email protected] in advance for a credit check. Please inquire in advance. If you wish to prepay for your daily rate, please contact our reservations center.
Payment methods: American Express, MasterCard, VISA.
Packages may have different conditions.
We do not accept checks as payment.
Cancellation Policies
The reservation cannot be canceled and/or changed. In case of no-show, the full price of accommodation will be charged. There is no refund of the amount already paid.
