"NO SHOW": The full amount of the accommodation will be charged for reservations with a non-refundable rate policy.

- Exclusive for individual reservations (up to 9 rooms), all with the name of the main guest informed;

- Reservations without guest names made as a hold will not be accepted and may be freely cancelled by the hotel;

- Changes to guest names will not be accepted, even within the cancellation period (if it is necessary to change reservation holders before the cancellation period, the reservation must be cancelled and remade with new guests and new conditions);

- Group Reservations: We consider groups of 10 rooms or more;
