Deposit / Guarantee Policies
- Full prepayment can be processed at any time after booking.
- If payment is not authorized, an email will be sent informing you and requesting payment.
- If there is no response within 24 hours, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
- In the case of credit card payments, the cardholder must be the guest of the reservation and must present the card physically along with identification at check-in.
Cancellation Policies
Reservations cannot be cancelled and/or modified.
No refunds or credit notes will be issued.
General Policy
**Reservations with prepayment by credit card, even if confirmed, will need to be validated. If it is not possible to process the payment, the Hotel will contact the guest. In case of no response within 24 hours, the Hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.**

"NO SHOW": The first night's stay will be charged for reservations with a refundable rate policy.
"NO SHOW": The full amount of the accommodation will be charged for reservations with a non-refundable rate policy.
- The credit card holder must be one of the guests, and it will be necessary to present a photo ID and the credit card used to make the reservation with prepayment at the time of check-in.
- Child Policy: One child up to 2 years old stays free when accompanied by parents or legal guardian (cribs are available upon request).
Other Policies:
Early Check-in Policy:
- Half a day's rate will be charged for early check-in from 10:00 AM onwards, subject to hotel availability;
- Before this time, a one-night reservation is required from the previous day (pre-registration).
Late Check-out Policy:
- Half a day's rate will be charged for late check-out until 6:00 PM, subject to hotel availability;
- After this time, the full one-night rate will be charged.
