- Full prepayment can be processed at any time after booking.
- If payment is not authorized, an email will be sent informing you and requesting payment.
- If there is no response within 24 hours, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
- In the case of credit card payments, the cardholder must be the guest of the reservation and must present the card physically along with identification at check-in.

Reservations cannot be cancelled and/or modified.
No refunds or credit notes will be issued.

**Reservations with prepayment by credit card, even if confirmed, will need to be validated. If it is not possible to process the payment, the Hotel will contact the guest. In case of no response within 24 hours, the Hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.**

- Exclusive for individual reservations (up to 9 rooms), all with the name of the main guest informed;
- Reservations without guest names made as a hold will not be accepted and may be freely canceled by the hotel;
- Changes to guest names will not be accepted, even within the cancellation period (if it is necessary to change reservation holders before the cancellation period, the reservation must be canceled and remade with new guests and new conditions);
- Group Reservations: We consider groups of 10 rooms or more;

- If we identify these reservations, even if separate, they will be subject to cancellation by the hotel and the application of different conditions.


Other Policies:

- Early Check-in & Late Check-out Policy: Subject to consultation with the hotel;
- Connecting rooms only in Superior and Luxury categories;
- The hotel does not have extra beds;
- The hotel has 1 room for guests with special needs, in the standard category, with a double bed only;
- Child Policy: 1 child up to 2 years old stays free when accompanied by parents or legal guardian (cribs are provided subject to availability).

- Pets are not allowed to be alone in the room and are also not allowed in public areas of the hotel such as corridors, rooftop, pool, sauna, etc.;
- 1 pet per room with a maximum weight limit of 8kg (dog or cat);
- When purchasing this package, the Hotel will provide the following items for use during your stay:
*1 padded pet bed
*1 food and water bowl
*1 hygienic mat for dogs per day or 1 litter box for cats
*1 special plastic bag for disposal of organic waste, the responsibility of the guest
- Cost R$104.50 per day or R$585.20 per week (taxes included);
- The additional hygienic mat costs R$ 11 per day (taxes included).
