Deposit / Guarantee Policies

- Full prepayment can be processed at any time after booking.
- If payment is not authorized, an email will be sent informing you and requesting payment.
- If there is no response within 24 hours, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
- In the case of credit card payments, the cardholder must be the guest of the reservation and must present the card physically along with identification at check-in.

Cancellation Policies

Reservations cannot be cancelled and/or modified.
No refunds or credit notes will be issued.

General Policy

**Reservations with prepayment by credit card, even if confirmed, will need to be validated. If it is not possible to process the payment, the Hotel will contact the guest. In case of no response within 24 hours, the Hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.**

- Exclusive for individual reservations (up to 9 rooms), all with the name of the main guest informed;
- Reservations without guest names made as a hold will not be accepted and may be freely canceled by the hotel;
- Changes to guest names will not be accepted, even within the cancellation period (if it is necessary to change reservation holders before the cancellation period, the reservation must be canceled and remade with new guests and new conditions);
- Group Reservations: We consider groups of 10 rooms or more;

- If we identify these reservations, even if separate, they will be subject to cancellation by the hotel and the application of different conditions.
