Deposit / Guarantee Policies
Full prepayment can be processed anytime after booking. If payment is not authorized, an email will be sent informing and requesting payment. If there is no return within 24 hours, the reservation will be automatically cancelled. In case of credit card, the cardholder must be a guest of the reservation and need to physically present the card along with the document at check-in
Cancellation Policies
Reservations do not allow cancellation and/or alteration. No refund or letter of credit.
General Policy
** Reservations with prepayment by credit card, even if confirmed, will need to be validated. If it is not possible to process the payment, the Hotel will contact the guest. If the guest does not respond within 24 hours, the Hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.**
Check-in: 2:00 p.m.
Check-out: 12:00 p.m.
- Exclusive for individual reservations (up to 9 rooms), all of which must include the name of the main guest.
- Reservations without the name of the guest made as a block will not be accepted, and may be cancelled freely by the hotel;
- Changes to the name of the guest will not be accepted;
- Group Reservations: We consider reservations of 10 or more rooms.

- If we identify these reservations, even if separate, they will be subject to cancellation at the hotel's expense and application of different conditions;

Early Check-in & Check-out Policy: Upon consultation with the hotel
Adjoining apartments only in the Superior and Luxury categories;
DBL Twin apartment only in the Superior and Luxury categories;
The hotel does not have extra beds
The hotel has 01 apartment for guests with special needs, in the standard category, only double bed;
CHD Policy: courtesy of 1 child up to 2 years old accompanied by parents or legal guardian (we provide a crib subject to availability).
PET Policies:

- PETS are not allowed to be left alone in the room and are also not allowed in public areas of the hotel such as corridors, rooftop, pool, sauna, etc.
- 1 pet per room and maximum weight limit of 8kg (dog or cat)
When purchasing this package, the Hotel will provide the following items for use during the stay:
*1 padded bed
*1 bowl for food and water
*1 hygienic mat for dogs per day
or 1 litter box for cats.
*1 special plastic bag for disposal of organic waste, the guest's responsibility.
- Cost R$104.50 per day or R$585.20 per week (taxes included).
- The additional hygienic mat costs R$11 per day (taxes included).
**For Arena Copacabana and Arena Leme, access to the rooftop will be unavailable on December 31st**
