Registration to collect the apartment key must be done at the reception of the Arena Ipanema Hotel (Rua Francisco Otaviano, 131), next to Anna Suites Ipanema.

We accept pets under the conditions below:
- The vaccination card must be presented and all vaccinations up to date, as a condition for check-in.
- The term of responsibility must be signed in person during check-in.
- Pets are not allowed to visit public areas of the Arena Ipanema hotel, such as the lobby, restaurant, roof, swimming pool, sauna, etc.
- 1 pet per apartment and with a maximum limit of 30kg (dog or cat)
When purchasing this package, the Hotel will provide the following items for use during the stay:
*1 padded sleeping bed
*1 feeder for food and water
*1 dog toilet mat per day or 1 cat litter box.
*1 special plastic bag for disposal of organic waste, the responsibility of the guest.
- Cost R$110 per day or R$612 per week (taxes included).
- The additional toilet mat costs BRL 11 per day (taxes included).
