Deposit / Guarantee Policies

THE CARD MUST BE PROVIDED ONLY TO GUARANTEE THE RESERVATION - PAYMENT WILL BE MADE DIRECTLY AT CHECK-IN.
The credit card must be provided to guarantee the reservation in case of no-show. In case of no-show, the amount of the first night will be charged.
Cancellations are accepted, free of charge, up to 48 hours before check in.

Cancellation Policies

CANCELLATION POLICIES

· In accordance with the Consumer Protection Code, the deadline for canceling a reservation without charge is up to 7 (seven) days after the date of confirmation of the reservation.

· In the case of reservations made through partner websites, requests for cancellation, interruption of the stay or change of reservation date must be made directly on the website responsible for the reservation, following the specific procedures and, if the date is changed, the availability of apartments.

· In the case of a reservation request made by bank deposit, the customer must send proof of payment to the Hotel within 48 hours after making the payment, otherwise the reservation will not be confirmed. This form of payment will only be accepted if the period between the date of the reservation request and the day of check-in is not less than 72 hours.

· If there is a need to cancel or change the date of the reservation, the request must be made in writing, by email [email protected] or WhatsApp +55 32 8465-6899, indicating the reservation number and respective dates. Cancellations or changes by telephone will not be accepted.

· Changes to reservation dates will be subject to apartment availability. The request must be made 48 hours before the initial day of the reservation, except for non-refundable reservations.

· Changes to the type of apartment (single, double and triple) will be subject to availability and payment of any difference in the price of the apartment. Requests must comply with the deadlines established in the rules above.

· In cases of interruption of accommodation with payment of the full amount at check-in, refunds or acquisition of credits for other reservations will not be made.
