Deposit / Guarantee Policies

THE CARD MUST BE PROVIDED ONLY TO GUARANTEE THE RESERVATION. PAYMENT WILL BE MADE DIRECTLY AT CHECK-IN, EXCEPT FOR RESERVATIONS WITH A NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY.

Cancellations are accepted, free of charge, up to 48 hours before check in;
In case of no-show, the amount of the first night will be charged.

For wedding packages, full payment must be made in advance to confirm the reservation.

Cancellation Policies

· In accordance with consumer protection law, the deadline for cancelling a reservation without charge is up to seven (07) days after the purchase of the reservation. We emphasize that the seven (07) day period will be respected as long as the check-in date at the Hotel is scheduled for a date after this deadline.

· Reservations without a No Show Guarantee will be automatically cancelled at 2:00 pm on the business day prior to the Guest's arrival.
