For operators that the financial sector does not authorize billing, full advance payment will be requested at the time of booking and the payment date will be stipulated by the reservations sector.

We request full payment in advance during High Season periods (New Year's Eve, January, February, Carnival, July and National Holidays). The payment date will be stipulated by the reservations department at the time of confirmation.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellations/Changes of reservations: Reservations can only be changed or canceled up to 7 days before check-in.
"NO SHOW" (No-show): Full no-show charge.
